Dariana Castro is a passionate nonprofit leader with over two decades of experience advancing educational equity by leveraging her personal experience as an immigrant from the Dominican Republic and a graduate of NYC public schools.
Dariana’s career has taken her from working in NYC schools to the NYC Department of Education and now in the nonprofit sector. She brings this belief to her work by guiding leaders through the process of strategy design, root cause analysis, and building frameworks for organizational learning.
Dariana graduated from CUNY Brooklyn College and holds an MPA from NYU Wagner School of Public Administration, where she specialized in nonprofit management.
