“I envision a future where all communities are liberated from oppression.
My goal is to bridge the gap from training to action while fostering the development of people, teams, organizations, and communities to center anti-oppression practices for the creation of an equitable and just society.”Lisa
I am a seasoned executive and recognized leader, with over 20 years as an organizational developer, certified executive coach, and equity strategist. My mission is to foster the conditions for the development of people, teams, organizations, and communities that center anti-oppression practices for the creation of an equitable and just society. My specialty is supporting the operationalization of diversity, equity, belonging, and justice via highly customized services from inception to implementation.
I work with leaders, teams, and departments to build collective capacity for achieving equity-centered transformation through ongoing inquiry, practice, and action while fostering individual, team, and organizational effectiveness. My work spans a wide range of sectors from the streets to the Boardroom including corporate, non-profit, government, and education entities across North America. I work intentionally not only to interrupt oppression, but also to imagine, design, and build systems and structures that center belonging and justice.
I received my Master’s from the University of California at Berkeley and completed my undergraduate studies at the University of California at Santa Cruz with an emphasis in Ethnic Studies. I am bilingual in Spanish and enjoy running, meditating, music, and volunteering for social causes in my free time.
